Return Window

You have the right to return products purchased from Over DXB within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • It must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, labels, and any seals or protective elements

  • It must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • It must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice)

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of:

  • Used items

  • Personal care products

  • Underwear or intimate items

  • Products without their original seal or protective packaging

Gift cards are non-refundable.
Promotional or discounted items may be returned only if they do not fall under one of the exceptions listed above.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at overcapitaldxb@outlook.com and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The full name used for the purchase

  • The item(s) you wish to return

Once approved, you’ll receive an email with the return instructions and the shipping address.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are entirely at the customer’s expense.
We do not accept parcels sent COD or with unpaid shipping charges.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days of the approval notice. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.

The refund will include the cost of the item and, where legally required, the original standard shipping fee.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or apply a partial deduction if the returned product is damaged, used beyond initial testing, or does not meet the above conditions.
